• Credit Toward Your Purchase: Your £75 deposit is fully credited toward the total cost of your gown or any accessories on the day of your appointment.

• Hundreds of Options: If your reserved dress isn't "The One" once you try it on, your deposit is fully transferable! You can use it toward any of the 300+ designer gowns we have in stock.

• Contact Us: After placing your deposit, please reach out to us immediately to let us know which specific designer gown you would like us to hold for you.

• Non-Refundable: To ensure we can offer every bride a fair chance at our unique collection, this deposit is strictly non-refundable. However, it stays as a credit on your account for any boutique purchase.

• Flexible Appointments: If you need to reschedule your exclusive evening or weekend appointment, just let us know at least 48 hours in advance, and we will move your deposit to your new slot.
