We want you to walk down the aisle with 100% confidence. If your heart wanders to another silhouette, we offer a flexible exchange option:

  • Greater or Equal Value: Gowns may be exchanged for any other dress of equal or greater value within our collection.

  • The Timeline: Exchanges must be arranged within your agreed payment timeline (though we always strive to be flexible where possible).

  • Pristine Condition: To protect our collection, exchanged gowns must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. We cannot accept gowns that have been altered, stained, or damaged.

Our Final Sale Policy

To maintain our boutique’s accessibility and curated selection, all sales are final. * Sold as Seen: Our collection consists of genuine designer gowns. While many are pristine, some have been "loved" during boutique consultations.

  • Full Transparency: We take pride in our honest approach. Any minor marks or wear are clearly noted during your consultation, and we have already significantly adjusted the investment price of these gowns to reflect their individual condition.

  • No Monetary Refunds: While we do not offer cash refunds, our exchange policy is designed to give you peace of mind should your vision change.
