How It Works

For gowns priced under £200, you can place a £50 holding deposit to secure the dress until your scheduled appointment. This ensures that no other bride can snap it up before you’ve had the chance to fall in love with it in person.

• Exclusive Hold: Once your deposit is placed, we take that gown off the rails and keep it safe just for you.

• Credit Towards Your Dream Look: Your £50 deposit is fully transferable and will be deducted from your final balance on the day of your appointment.

• 300+ Styles to Explore: If you try on your reserved dress and it doesn't quite feel right, don’t worry! Your deposit can be used toward any of the 300+ designer gowns or accessories in our boutique.

Important Details

• Get in Touch: Immediately after placing your deposit, please contact us to confirm which specific gown you would like us to hold.

• Non-Refundable: To be fair to all our brides, this deposit is strictly non-refundable. However, it remains valid as a credit toward any purchase in the boutique.

• Rescheduling: We know life happens! If you need to move your appointment, please get in touch with us at least 48 hours in advance, and we will happily transfer your deposit to your new date.
