Before You Visit

We recommend wearing seamless underwear and bringing minimal makeup or fake tan to help protect our gowns.

We recommend a maximum of 5 people, including the prom girl, so you can enjoy a relaxed and personal appointment.

Appointment Time

Your Luxury Prom Appointment lasts 45 minutes. We recommend arriving on time so you can make the most of your appointment and enjoy the full experience.

15-Minute Grace Period

We have a 15-minute grace period for appointments. If you haven’t arrived or contacted us within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment, your appointment will be automatically cancelled.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We save our boutique exclusively for you, so if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice.

Please note that booking fees are non-refundable if cancellations are made with less than 48 hours’ notice.
